TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We believe that providing opportunities for vocational training and development is key to getting the best out of our people, but also to driving the Company’s performance. We support individuals with a range of role specific training, including professional qualifications, leadership and personal impact training as well as wellbeing courses. This is in addition to our mandatory training programme.

I am delighted to have Tilstone’s support as they sponsor me through my ACCA qualification which I am doing through Kaplan London. Their flexibility, including allowing me to take time off and work on a schedule that accommodates my studies, has been invaluable. This encouragement not only makes balancing work and study manageable but also motivates me to excel in both my professional and academic pursuits.

Mandatory training includes:

  • Cyber security

  • Diversity and inclusion

  • Modern slavery

We have also delivered training on mental health wellbeing, health & safety and data protection.

We also work with Pathways to Property, part of the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, to encourage individuals from a range of backgrounds to consider a career in property and support their outreach programmes. Through this and similar programmes, we regularly welcome interns into our Company.
