Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Following the release on 22 May 2018 of its preliminary annual results for the period ended 31 March 2018, Warehouse REIT announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2018.
The Company further announces that it will hold its first Annual General Meeting at the offices of Savills plc, Finsbury Circus House, 15 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB on Wednesday 19 September 2018, at 10.00am.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.warehousereit.co.uk. Copies of both documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the Annual General Meeting, have been posted to the Company's shareholders.
