Warehouse REIT strengthens finance and asset management teams with senior appointments
Warehouse REIT, the specialist urban and 'last-mile' industrial warehouse investor, announces that its external investment advisor, Tilstone Partners Limited, has appointed Nick Clayton to the newly created role of Head of Corporate Finance, and Henrietta Daniels as Asset Manager, heading up Warehouse REIT's 2.75 million sq ft North-West and Yorkshire portfolio.
Reporting directly to Paul Makin (Investment Director), Nick is responsible for the management and provision of strategic input across the Company's investment portfolio and corporate finance initiatives. He has oversight of a range of corporate activity as well as the investment cycle, including financial structuring, capital raising and management of due diligence. Nick will be based in the recently relocated Tilstone London office.
Nick brings over 18 years of real estate investment and corporate finance experience. He was previously Investment Director at sustainable real asset manager Astarte Capital, where he was responsible for identifying and sourcing investment opportunities and managing JV partnerships. Prior to that, he held roles at BlackRock and MGPA.
Based in the Chester office, Henrietta manages the majority Warehouse REIT's 2.75 million sq ft, 29-asset North West and Yorkshire portfolio, with responsibility for key local stakeholder relationships and delivering on the pipeline of value-enhancing initiatives.
Henrietta joins Tilstone Partners from JLL Manchester, where she managed a diverse portfolio of multi-let assets on behalf of institutional investors, specialising in executing sustainability-led initiatives. She brings eight years of multi-sector commercial property experience in the North of England and Scotland.
